Can underwear be 100% cotton?
A few brands make it with all-cotton fabric and only the waistband elastic as something else. Most cotton underwear is 90 to 95% cotton with elastane so it keeps its shape.
Why choose cotton underwear?

How should I wash cotton underwear?
Warm water is fine for cotton. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibers and cuts absorbency, and avoid high dryer heat, which wears out elastic faster.
